Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical assisting.

•This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The Certified Medical Assistant will support physicians and healthcare professionals by performing clinical and administrative duties that enhance patient experience and ensure efficient clinic operations. Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs, medical history, and current symptoms with accuracy and professionalism. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring precise documentation of patient encounters, medical records, and treatment plans. Facilitate patient service by answering questions, providing education on medications or procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Maintain medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Contribute to clinic efficiency through medical office management tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support inpatient experience or trauma center protocols when applicable. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification from an accredited program is required. 2 or more years of experience is preferred. Must be comfortable with talking to patients on the phone. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and documentation. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management is necessary. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence; ability to work effectively within diverse healthcare teams. Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
