We are seeking detail-oriented employees to room our patients in the medical department to ensure smooth access to care. Prior healthcare experience or empathy is a must! What You Will Do
  • Promotes and participates in Patient Centered Medical Home activities by promoting the clinic's integrated healthcare model in order to achieve and maintain level 3 NCQA PCMH recognition.
  • Actively participates in nursing care provided to the patients by participating in morning huddles, performing chart prep and utilizing programs such as Azara and dot phrases to ensure patient care consistency.
  • Prepare patients for examination by assisting with vital signs, interviewing patients and completing their health history, and accurately documenting notes in patient records.
  • Perform EKG testing, POC, immunizations, injections, minor procedures and assists with Medicare wellness visits and specimen collection, as directed by the Pod RN.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring Successful completion of a high school diploma or a G.E.D. program Successful completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program.
