The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with both administrative and clinical duties in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries. Verify insurance, auto insurance, and personal injury claim information. Maintain accurate patient records using an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collect patient paperwork and process payments when needed. Room patients and obtain vital signs. Assist providers during examinations and treatments. Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness. Perform basic medical assistant duties as assigned. Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and insurance companies when necessary. Qualifications Previous medical office, front desk, or medical assistant experience preferred. Experience in an auto accident, chiropractic, pain management, or physical medicine clinic is a plus. Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Bilingual (English/Arabic or English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
