Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations. Ability to perform vital signs collection accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient comfort. Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, internal medicine protocols, emergency medicine practices, and outpatient clinic workflows.
