Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. This energetic role offers the opportunity to support physicians, physician assistants, and specialists in providing comprehensive medical services. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient interactions. Your expertise will help improve health outcomes and enhance patient experiences every day. Duties Perform patient intake procedures by collecting medical histories, and updating electronic health record (EHR) systems with accurate information. Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks including administering medications, and in office procedures . Preparing examination rooms, and ensuring proper sterilization and equipment readiness. Suture removal, urine and specimen collection . Maintaining detailed documentation of patient encounters. Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure seamless care. Qualifications Certification accredited Medical Assistant program.. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and ICD coding practices essential for accurate documentation and billing. Experience with EHR systems and performing clinical procedures including medication administration a plus. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) . Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced settings; commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
