Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing essential support in a clinic setting. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of medical services and delivering high-quality patient care. The Medical Assistant will assist with various tasks related to patient management, medication and administration. Some computer skills needed, personable a must. Responsibilities Assist healthcare professionals in clinical procedures and patient examinations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, ensuring familiarity with medical terminology. Administer medications as directed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Prepare patients for consultations and medical-surgical procedures. Conduct intake assessments, including vital signs and patient history. Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to safety regulations. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams to enhance care delivery. Some days will be in Sterling Heights Mi Experience Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
