While prior experience is preferred, it is not required—comprehensive on-site training will be provided. In this role, you will support both providers and patients by assisting with clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and interview patients; document medical history and vital information Coordinate hospital admissions and lab services Prepare and update patient charts Assist providers during examinations and procedures Handle correspondence, including emails, faxes, and forms Support basic billing tasks, including accounts receivable/payable Prepare and sanitize exam rooms and medical instruments Qualifications & Skills Experience as a Medical Assistant or Medical Secretary preferred, but not required Familiarity with medical office procedures and systems is a plus Strong multitasking and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Customer-service oriented with a compassionate approach to patient care Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems Benefits 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift 8-hour shifts Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication to patient care makes a real difference!
