Medical Assistant

Downriver Medical Associates are seeking an experienced and dependable Medical Assistant to join our busy internal medicine primary care practice. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday (No weekends!) Supportive and collaborative team environment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Assisting providers with exams and procedures Administering injections and medications as directed Updating and maintaining accurate patient records Coordinating patient flow and supporting daily clinical operations

Qualifications:

Current CMA or RMA certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (internal medicine preferred) Experience with

EPIC EMR

system preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
