Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support the daily operations of our medical office. This role combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Support Greet and room patients in a professional and friendly manner Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and reason for visit Assist providers during examinations and procedures Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and minor procedures Clean, sterilize, and maintain exam rooms and medical instruments Administrative Duties Maintain and update patient records and charts Verify patient information and ensure documentation accuracy Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling as needed Support communication between patients, providers, and staff Handle general office tasks to support efficient clinic operations
Requirements:
Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Assistant Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and office practices Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Patient-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and compassion Key Competencies Time management and reliability Strong organizational and planning ability Team-oriented with a positive attitude High level of accuracy and attention to detail Service-oriented with strong social awareness
