BLS Required Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Medical Assistant to support patient flow and assist providers with the management and treatment of patients in a busy outpatient clinic environment. The Medical Assistant will work with patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. This role combines clinical and administrative responsibilities and requires strong communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail. Qualified LPN candidates are also encouraged to apply. LPN compensation is $24.50- 32.
- Medical Assistant High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Required. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Required. Medical Assistant program must be accredited by a recognized organization such as ABHES or CAAHEP, or the candidate must have graduated from an accredited Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program through a recognized national healthcare organization. Current BLS certification
- Required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Ability to work with patients of diverse ages, backgrounds, and needs. Required Qualifications
- LPN Qualified LPN candidates may also be considered for this position. Active Minnesota LPN/PN license
- Required. Minnesota license must be active and verifiable at the time of application. Current BLS certification
- Required.
Compensation Medical Assistant:
$22.23- 27.
LPN:
$24.50- 32.
Pay Details:
