What You'll Do As our Clinical Medical Assistant, you'll work closely with our physicians to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients and assisting with clinical visits Performing blood draws and other phlebotomy, injections, vital signs, and EKGs Assisting with in-office procedures Coordinating patient care, referrals, and follow-up Managing inventory and maintaining exam rooms Communicating with patients through our secure portal, phone, and email Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Because we're a small and growing practice, you'll also have opportunities to help improve workflows, develop new systems, and contribute ideas that make our clinic even better. We're Looking for Someone With A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential and at least 1-2 years of hands-on clinical experience Strong, confident phlebotomy skills—you'll be handling the majority of our blood draws independently, which lets our physicians stay focused on patient visits Excellent clinical skills and high attention to detail The ability to think outside the box rather than needing a protocol for everything Initiative—you see something that needs to be done and take ownership of it A desire to be part of a small, collaborative team Excitement about helping us build and improve our practice as we grow This isn't a "just do your job" kind of position.
