Entira Family Clinics is looking for a Part-Time Medical Assistant to be part of a dedicated team in a physician owned organization providing exceptional quality of care to our patients. The expected annualized base pay range for this position will be from $20.00 to $30.00 . Entira Family Clinics considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Part-time - After Hours Care Evening hours: Mondays, every other Wednesday, Friday 6pm-8:30pm Weekend hours: Every other Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Show patients to exam rooms and prepare them for the provider. Obtain vitals and interview patients to obtain medical information. Update patient's electronic medical record Prepare and administer medications as directed by a provider. Collect samples and perform routine laboratory tests, blood draws and phlebotomy. Operate x-ray, electrocardiogram (EKG), and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests. Stock and prepare rooms.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Limited scope x-ray operator's license preferred Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility of working hours

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
