Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients, clients, and staff.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate patient and administrative records.

Review and audit patient records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Prepare reports, project summaries, correspondence, and other business documents.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Manage incoming documentation and ensure information is properly organized and filed.

Operate office equipment including computers, scanners, fax machines, and other standard office technology.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other data management programs to complete daily tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive patient information.

Communicate effectively with internal staff, patients, and other professionals.

Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Follow established procedures and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Assist with additional administrative duties and projects as needed.
Key Requirements:
Previous customer service experience required.

Medical field or medical office experience preferred.

Experience with data entry and auditing patient records required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.

Familiarity with general administrative and clerical procedures.

Experience operating scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.

Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and professional business writing.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while following instructions and established procedures.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Computer training or certification preferred.

Must be detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
