Job Description
Company Overview Verte Women's Wellness is a dedicated Gyn office committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services to women. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Summary We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team for 3 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). The job will be 20 hours/week. In this role, you will be rooming patients, triaging patient phone calls and scheduling appointments. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front desk operations efficiently. Room patients and obtain vital signs Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a medical assistant role preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with medical terminology and office systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work 3 days/week, but cross cover on Monday and Wednesday as needed. This role may be appropriate for a college graduate who is applying to medical or graduate school and can give a 2 year commitment to the position.
