Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures with professionalism and efficiency. Collect laboratory specimens and prepare them for testing according to safety protocols. Maintain detailed and organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer basic questions about medications or procedures. Experience Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role is preferred but not required; relevant training or certification is highly valued. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, basic clinical procedures, and infection control standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse patient populations. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems or willingness to learn new software tools. Certification such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for qualified candidates eager to develop their skills.
