Back Office Administrator Job Description/Duties Starting Rate:

$20

Hour Proposed Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday 8am-3:30pm

Patient Care Related Tasks:

• Assisting Laura at Houston MO TCMH clinic 1-2 Wednesdays per month front/back office
• Prepping Charts for Darrin, scribing/chaperone in room with Darrin for necessary patients
• Sending prescriptions/Referrals per Darrin request
• Addressing telephone encounters for pathology/Lab results initiated by provider
• Biologic Coordinator, daily updates on prior authorizations
• Attending/Researching Health Fairs in the area or other vendor/chamber events
• Hormone treatment/Weight loss treatment education and promoting clinic

Admin Related Tasks:

• Submitting Audit Materials for pending audits
• Helping to address daily issues such as toilet issue/roof issue/leak/bugs, etc
• Assisting billing company with following up on billing status issues, insurance issues, COB, etc.
• Helping Cover front desk if needed due to someone being out or on lunch
• Social Media posting on
