Hiring Schedule:
Monday-Friday schedule Availability to be scheduled any shift Monday-Friday between the hours of 4:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Overtime available Paid travel time in a company vehicle Location for paid training: 220 W. Plainview Rd. Springfield, MO 65810
Full-Time Benefits:
Starting pay: $19.00-$20.00 DOE Employer contribution to health and dental insurance (including dependents) Vision insurance Life insurance PTO Holiday Pay 401K match Quarterly incentive bonus
Job Summary:
Perform donor selection and blood collection activities under the supervision of an on-site collections supervisor at fixed-sites and mobile operations. All functions are performed in a manner that ensures maintenance of the donor's well-being and the quality of the blood product while adhering to federal, state and local regulatory guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand continuously for a minimum of six hours. Able to climb in and out of a van. Able to lift 25-30 pounds. Good hand and finger dexterity. Visual and auditory acuity.
Job Specifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum one year post-secondary education in a health-related field preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions. Must have valid drivers' license and acceptable driving record.
