We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and friendly Medical Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude and welcoming personality to the workplace. We are looking for someone who is a team player, detail-oriented, organized, and excited to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for throughout their experience with us. Job Responsibilities Greeting and rooming patients, and prepare them for appointments. Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and helping patients with questions. Perform blood draws and administer injections as directed by the medical provider and within the scope of practice. Prepare and organize injections and medications for the week according to established protocols, labeling requirements, and safety procedures. Perform aesthetic treatments and assist with aesthetic procedures, as trained and authorized. Assist with patient care related to medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy programs. Maintain accurate and timely patient charts and electronic medical records. Keep treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Follow infection control procedures, medication handling guidelines, and patient safety protocols. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment. Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients have a positive experience from check-in to checkout. Assist the team with daily tasks and other duties as needed. Requirements Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred. Experience with blood draws, injections, and patient care preferred. Aesthetic or medical spa experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team environment. Professional, dependable, and punctual. A positive attitude, friendly personality, and willingness to learn. Commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and high-quality care. Job Details Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
