This position is perfect for a Medical Assistant with phlebotomy experience who enjoys interacting with patients, staying organized, and creating an exceptional first impression from the moment someone walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude. Schedule appointments and answer phones. Assist with patient check-in and check-out. Draw blood for wellness and hormone laboratory testing. Prepare specimens for shipment. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist providers as needed throughout the day. Help keep the front office organized, clean, and running smoothly. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, stocking supplies, tidying patient areas, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our patients and team. Provide outstanding customer service that makes every patient feel valued.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

A Certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent experience). Experienced and confident performing venipuncture. Friendly, professional, and compassionate. Organized and dependable. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willing to pitch in wherever needed—no task is too small when it comes to providing an exceptional patient experience. A positive team player who enjoys helping others. Interested in wellness, aesthetics, and preventative medicine.
