Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients , providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome patients in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Patient check-in including collection of patient copay/coinsurance. Maintain accurate and complete patient chart information Verify patient insurance eligibility. Manage incoming calls and inquiries. Schedule appointments and incoming referrals Manage/Complete task sent by providers. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management. Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications. Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Experience as a medical receptionist. Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently. Outstanding customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests. Proficient in clerical tasks, including data entry and document proofreading.
