Job Description

Medical Assistant Trainee Table of contents Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Trainee. Under clinical supervision, this role assists in the delivery of patient care and treatment, provides administrative support and works collaboratively with the hospital-based clinics care team. CHA will support successful candidates in obtaining their Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential while you work, providing the required education, training and clinical hours. No Medical Assistant certification required to apply, previous healthcare experience as a CNA, HHA, EMT, or Phlebotomist preferred. Must possess computer skills and excellent organizational and communication skills. Required to enroll in a Medical Assistant program within one week of hire and complete within six months of enrollment. Typically scheduled 5 days, 8 hours/day. Primarily located in Anaconda but may float to Butte and other areas as needed This position offers a comprehensive introduction to the healthcare industry while fostering professional growth within a supportive environment.
