The Opportunity Responsibilities of these career opportunities includes providing direct patient care and health care provider support as instructed by the Nurse Manager and Board of Nursing. Assists providers with diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures. Administers medications, vaccines, and prescribed treatments per provider orders. Conducts patient health interviews including vitals, health history, and medications, and prepares patients for examination. Prepares and cleans equipment, exam rooms, and treatment rooms. Monitors clinic supplies and medications, reporting when low or needed. Maintains patient records within the PureView electronic health record system. Assists in other clinic programs as required or assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. This career opportunity requires:
High School diploma or equivalent One (1) year experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting BLS certification Medical Assistant certification preferred. Phlebotomy experience preferred.
