At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. Our mission remains the same
  • to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families. We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant MA to be a resource for Family Medicine and Rheumatology departments at the Broadway building Missoula location. Schedule
  • Monday
  • Friday 8:00am
  • 5:00pm, no weekends or evenings The Medical Assistant MA will: Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs Assist during procedures Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing Manage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communications Participate in and support patient education Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care Benefits offered: Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) + match Voluntary benefits include Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and Disability insurance Employee assistance program Minimum Requirements of the Medical Assistant MA position: Completion of Certified/Registered Medical Assistant program (must become certified within 6 month of hire) medical assistant experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer knowledge and proficiency The successful Medical Assistant candidate will be subject to a background check.
