Our programs are built on excellence, safety, and innovation — helping practitioners gain the confidence and clinical expertise to succeed in this fast-growing field. Position Overview The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and professional execution of IIAM's hands-on training sessions. This role combines clinical preparation, model coordination, and operational support to create a seamless experience for both students and instructors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, patient-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Event Preparation Prepare treatment rooms with all required medical supplies and instruments. Set up sterile medical trays for use during injection training. Ensure medical inventory is stocked and organized in all treatment areas. Replenish fridges and rooms with water, juice boxes, and ice packs as needed. Event Facilitation - Day 1 Reconstitute botulinum toxin and prepare saline syringes for training use. Manage model flow throughout the event: Greet and check in models upon arrival. Take standardized before photos for each model. Escort models to their assigned treatment rooms. Upload photos and treatment charts into the model's Mangomint online profile. Manage SalesMSG inbox and respond to patient inquiries during the event. Assist with scanning, uploading, and organizing digital patient documentation. Capture behind-the-scenes and student testimonial content for social media. Prepare treatment rooms for Day 2 by replenishing supplies and placing filler products. Event Facilitation - Day 2 Continue model management and documentation duties as outlined above. Manage SalesMSG inbox and respond to patient inquiries during the event. Capture social media content (b-roll and student interviews) to highlight the event experience. Upload all photos and video content to the designated OneDrive folder.
