This role focuses on patient care, treatment preparation, skincare support, and front/back office clinical assistance. No injectable experience is required or expected for this position. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and assist providers during aesthetic procedures Room patients, obtain medical history, and document charts accurately Educate patients on skincare products, post-care instructions, and treatment plans Assist with lasers, facials, body contouring, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and inventory of supplies Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service Take before-and-after photos and maintain patient confidentiality Support daily clinic operations and ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or aesthetics preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for skincare, wellness, and aesthetics Position Details No injectables required Full-time / Part-time available Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts and growth opportunities available If you are passionate about aesthetics and providing exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you.
