Job Description:

Days Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Location:

895 Howard Gap Rd. Fletcher, NC Answers inbound calls to the physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional manner. Assists callers with clinical tasks according to established protocols. Provides appropriate chart documentation. Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent Customer Service skills; [Required]
• Strong computer skills; [Required]
• Excellent English communication and writing skills; [Required]
• Call Center experience; [Preferred]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) [Required]
