Location:
Greensboro (near N Elm St. Harris Teeter)
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay:
$18•19.50/hour
Summary:
The Medical Assistant supports providers by performing clinical and administrative duties with a focus on patient triage, care coordination, and efficient patient flow under the direction of a physician or Clinical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient intake and medical history documentation in the EMR Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies Prepare exam rooms and ensure all labs, reports, and patient information are available prior to visits Maintain clean, stocked, and compliant exam rooms; follow infection control and safety protocols Manage logs (e.g., temperatures, medications, equipment checks) and ensure regulatory compliance Support scheduling, documentation, and medical record accuracy while maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications & Skills:
