Job Description

Johnston Pain Management is seeking to add a Medical Assistant to our growing practice. We offer exceptional opportunities to learn and grow with our practice. Key Responsibilities Prepare exam rooms for patient visits. Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories, vital signs, and current symptoms. Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed by the provider. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system. Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organized, safe, and welcoming. Provide professional, compassionate service to every patient. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred. A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
