Job Description
Do you love working with children? Come join our awesome team! Catawba Pediatric Associates, P.A. is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant. We are a fast-paced pediatric practice! CMAs work 5 days (8-8.5hrs) weekly and every 6th weekend (could be more or less due to staffing). If you work the weekend you will get a day off the following week. Candidates must enjoy working and interacting with children of all ages as well as their families. Job duties include but are not limited to: obtaining medical histories for sick and well visits prepare and administer immunizations to children of all ages performing or assisting with various procedures such as EKGs, circumcisions, sutures, ear lavages, and catheterizations administering medications and injections collecting lab specimens patient education completing forms
