This vital role combines clinical support with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical duties, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to patient service. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and assist with patient intake processes to facilitate smooth clinic flow. Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature accurately and document findings in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Prepare patients for examinations by documenting medical history, updating charts, and assisting providers with procedures such as X-ray, vaccines, blood draw or medication administration when necessary. Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-up communications, and maintain organized records within EHR systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Preferred experience:
Phlebotomy, referral, Prior-auth, eClinicalWorks EHR Required experience: Minimum 2 years in a medical office
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
