Job Description
Summary of Performance Expectations Promotes a professional patient-centered practice image by efficiently performing a variety of imaging modalities using independent judgment under the clinical direction of a Physician or Mid-level provider. Performs a wide variety of clinical and/or administrative duties to medical office outpatients and Occupational Health (if applicable) patients and clients under the direct supervision of a licensed physician or licensed mid-level provider. Serves as an important role on the care team to assist the physician or mid-level provider with outcome based patient care. Utilizes a team based approach to all tasks.
Education and Credentials:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Current ARRT registration. BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of employment date.Preferred:

Required:
Experience in a medical office setting performing x-rays &/or medical assisting using an electronic health record system (EHR). Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of special procedures within three months of employment date.date.Preferred:
