Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Understanding of medical terminology, especially in dermatology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and staff. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
