We help each patient achieve the best possible health through every stage of life. We do this by providing an accessible, innovative healthcare experience that is built around our patient's needs. We seek a motivated, energetic, experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to serve as Resource MA. This is a full-time position that will be based on our Londonderry practice location. The successful candidate will have leadership experience. This full time (40 hours per week) position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in Londonderry, NH. SUMMARY Our Resource MA's are primary resources for the orientation, education, and coordination of Medical Assistants in their designated practice location. They are required to demonstrate leadership skills, be a role model for their teams, and facilitate practice workflow. Under the direction of the office manager, the Resource MA collaboratively supervises Medical Assistants in day-to-day activities. In addition to the regular duties of a Medical Assistant, our Resource MA's duties and responsibilities also include (but are not limited to): Onboarding training with newly-hired medical assistants. Competency reviews of new medical assistants. Ongoing education and trainings with MA staff on office workflows, clinical competencies, and quality initiatives. Manages stock of Point of Care Testing (POCT) and other medical supplies. Ensures exam rooms are stocked, clean and orderly.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Graduate of accredited medical assistant program preferred.
EXPERIENCE A
minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience is required, preferably in an outpatient setting. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience with EMR highly desired.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS BLS
Certification is required. MA certification strongly preferred but not required.
