Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Greet and check in patients, preparing exam rooms and equipment for clinic procedures Take and record vital signs, alerting providers to any concerns Assist with patient examinations, injections, and simple diagnostic tests Handle patient phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide patient education Collect and process laboratory specimens, ensuring proper sterilization and aseptic techniques Maintain clinical equipment and ensure exam rooms are clean and organized Support providers during patient exams and treatments as needed Manage administrative tasks such as patient registration and billing What You Need Current certification as a Medical Assistant (MA or CMA) preferred Prior experience in outpatient or family medicine settings recommended Ability to perform clinical duties with professionalism and attention to detail Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control procedures About the Assignment Join a respected outpatient family medicine practice dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
