We are seeking a warm, reliable, and highly motivated individual to join our aesthetic medicine boutique practice in Cresskill . The ideal candidate is independent, computer-savvy, professional, and motivated, with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. This role may be a hybrid of front desk and clinical assisting depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer phones, respond to text messages, and manage patient communication Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-desk experience Prepare and organize paperwork and consent forms Take high-quality before/after photos Order and organize supplies Set up, break down, and clean treatment rooms Check patients out and process payments
