This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys participating in the full spectrum of daily operations and values providing an exceptional level of patient care. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently, anticipate needs, be creative problem solver, and take care of patients' needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to patient collections/fee for service, front desk operations via electronic medical records, answering the phone, scheduling, and other functions to ensure office efficiency. Additionally, be able to assist in procedures including the setup and processing of equipment. Workdays will be arranged Monday through Friday. This is a part-time position with the possibility of evolving into a full-time position.
Anticipated weekly work schedule:
16-40 hours per week depending on availability and experience. Salary based on experience as an MA. Candidate must be mature and reliable, as well as possess a professional appearance, an excellent telephone manner, basic computer knowledge, and enthusiasm for the services we provide, and a warm and caring manner. We offer an excellent work environment.'
