Medical Assistant ($22-$26/hr) We're not your average office. The Spine & Health Center of New Jersey is a thriving, multi-disciplinary practice with locations across Bergen County (Closter, Montvale, and Park Ridge). Our team includes chiropractors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists — all working together under one roof to actually change people's lives. We move fast, we care deeply, and we're growing. We're looking for a Medical Assistant who's ready to do more than check boxes — someone who remembers patients' names, gets excited about clinical outcomes, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports each other. No certification required to start, and we'll pay for you to become a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant (LCA) once you're on board. What you'll be doing: Assisting patients with various modalities, including decompression, electrical stimulation, and traction Notating documentation for chiropractors at the time of patient visits in a timely manner Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms and keeping things running smoothly Collaborating with directors on front office duties — answering phones, scheduling patients, and collecting payments Any other duties as assigned by the Chiropractic Director What we're looking for: No certification required — Licensed Chiropractic Assistant a plus, but not necessary Someone who shows up with a good attitude and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done Strong communication skills and a genuine bedside manner Comfort working in a busy, multi-provider environment Team player, always — ego stays at the door Why people love working here: We'll pay for your certification to become a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that actually has fun together Multi-disciplinary setting means you're always learning — from chiros, PTs, OTs, and acupuncturists We invest in our people and promote from within To apply: Submit your resume to drdeanna@shcnj.com.
