We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office, and takes pride in providing outstanding care. Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Assist the podiatrist during treatments and procedures Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and instruments Obtain and document patient medical histories Maintain accurate electronic medical records Educate patients on post-treatment instructions Assist with orthotics, casting, and other clinical procedures Keep treatment areas organized and fully stocked Work closely with providers and front office staff to ensure excellent patient flow Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous experience in a medical office preferred EMR experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Benefits Competitive compensation Paid time off Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Ongoing training
