Must have excellent medical assistant skills, customer service ability, knowledge of health insurance guidelines, co-pays, etc. . ., as well as strong verbal communications skills, good follow-up with patients and doctors, ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented. Knowledge and experience with EMR software preferable. Excellent salary and benefits. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of care. Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and temperature with precision. Prepare exam rooms with necessary medical equipment and supplies, maintaining strict infection control standards. Manage electronic health records (EHR) by documenting patient information accurately and securely. Educate patients on post-care instructions, medication management, and health maintenance strategies. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure clarity of care plans and transfer methods.
