Job Description
Directly interacts with the patient to provide for their nutritional and meal needs. Provides customer service in a way that exhibits the PRIDE values of the organization. Performs services to ensure optimal nutritional care and education of patients in accordance with established standards of care, compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Standards, state standards, and other regulatory requirements. HS Graduate or GED Required Experience working in a diet office and/or customer service setting preferred. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively. Ability to apply basic mathematical functions.
