Medical Assistant (Clinical + Front Desk) Henderson, NV 89015 From $19 an hour - Part-time From $19 an hour - Part-time Job Description We are seeking a licensed Medical Assistant who is comfortable working in both clinical and front office roles. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent patient care while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities Clinical Duties:

Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) confidently and safely Take vital signs and prepare patients for exams Assist providers during procedures Administer injections as directed Maintain accurate medical records (EMR) Ensure rooms are stocked, cleaned, and compliant

Front Desk Duties:

Check patients in and out Verify insurance and collect co-pays/balances Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and handle patient inquiries Maintain patient flow between front and back office Requirements Active Medical Assistant license/certification Phlebotomy experience

REQUIRED

(this is non-negotiable) Minimum 1 year of MA experience preferred Experience with EMR systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in both front and back office roles Bilingual (if relevant to your clinic) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based growth opportunities Schedule Part-time 9AM-5
