  • Support both front and back office operations, including greeting and rooming patients.
  • Schedule appointments and answer phone calls efficiently.
  • Take vital signs and assist with clinical procedures such as drawing blood and administering vaccines.
  • Provide additional clinical support as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the staff to foster a positive working environment. Required Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externship.
  • Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all clinical tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Good computer skills to support daily administrative and clinical functions. Additional Skills & Requirements
  • Medical Assistant Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in acute care, primary care, or related healthcare environments preferred, with 2+ years in acute care and 12+ years in primary care including annual physicals and preventative care.
  • Familiarity with patient support call centers, lab work, allergy injections, immunizations, travel medicine, and biometric screenings is beneficial.
  • Schedule may include shifts around lunchtime, with availability for specific dates and times as listed.
  • Open to agency staffing models and flexible to shift needs.
