We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant/Medical Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Conduct patient intake, update medical records, and ensure accurate documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms Clean and sterilize medical instruments Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies Assist during medical examinations and procedures Manage patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone communications Verify insurance information and assist with billing or payment inquiries Medically related clerical work /some computer knowledge required

Summary:

This position would start initially as a medical assistant learning office protocols, familiarizing yourself with terminology and office flow. Once proficient, the role would be expanded to include front desk and clerical tasks
