Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform patient intake procedures, including medical history, and current medications using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks. Manage patient documentation accurately within electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and ensuring compliance with medical records regulations. Support patient service activities by answering questions, providing education on treatment plans, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing equipment, setting up supplies, and ensuring all necessary tools are available for procedures. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient clinic operations and maintain detailed medical documentation for each patient encounter. Qualifications Valid license as a Medical Assistant (LMA or CMA) from an accredited program. Proven experience in medical office settings with familiarity in dermatology or aesthetics. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology and anatomy. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR/EHR management tools, and medical documentation standards. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications such as phlebotomy are a plus. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations. Prior Medspa experience a plus. Must have MA experience or will not be considered for the position.
