Job Description

NYBRA, a cutting-edge plastic surgery practice, is seeking a talented, well-rounded, customer service-oriented individual for the position of a Certified Medical Assistant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Conducts patient intake Prepare patients for treatment, confirm all intake forms are complete and pertinent information documented accordingly, ensure patient has been educated on what to expect before, during and after treatment, and provide pre & post care verbal & written instruction Sets up exam/treatment rooms as needed for visits Assists the physician in performing procedures by preparing the required instruments and equipment, assisting during surgical procedures, and acting as an attendant during examinations Suture and drain removal Maintains cleanliness and general appearance of exam rooms and ensures that required supplies are stocked Prepares and inventories instruments for transfer and sterilization Performs equipment sterilization Deliver excellent service and support to patients and providers Must have flexibility to work hours between 7AM to 7PM if needed Other duties as assigned
