Coverage to help care for your furry family members. What You'll Do Clinical Excellence & Patient Care Escort patients to exam rooms, accurately document chief complaints, and collect vital signs. Perform point-of-care testing, including EKG testing, phlebotomy, and laboratory specimen collection and prep. Assist Licensed Providers with minor clinical procedures like wound care, ear lavages, breathing treatments, and suture/staple removal. Maintain strict sterilization protocols for medical equipment and clinical spaces to ensure patient safety. Patient Experience & Coordination Create a welcoming environment by checking in on patients during their visit and clearly communicating updates to reduce wait times. Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient flow. Assist patients with mobility and positioning needs with ultimate empathy and respect.
