Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance patient care and streamline clinical operations. In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers across outpatient settings, including specialized areas such as Primary Care, Osteopathy and Acupuncture. Your proactive approach will ensure efficient patient intake, accurate documentation, and compassionate service, all while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence. Duties Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Assist with clinical tasks such as medication administration, and basic life support (BLS) in accordance with safety protocols. Support physicians during examinations and procedures in our outpatient clinic. Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient information accurately and ensure seamless communication among healthcare team members. Maintain clinical supplies and ensure compliance with infection control standards Qualifications Prior experience working in hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics is highly desirable. Proficiency with EHR systems and familiarity with medical terminology are essential for success in this role. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to support accurate patient assessment and care delivery. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations. Ability to perform vital signs collection, intake procedures, and assist with medication administration confidently in outpatient environments. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
