Job Description

Medical Assistant :
Seeking a personable, detailed team player with great people skills in our eye care practice. Job function and responsibilities : Connect with patients to collect medical histories Conduct pre-examination testing including auto-refraction, auto-lensometry, non-contact tonometry Perform ancillary testing including fundus photography, visual fields Accurately enter patient data in medical software Assisting optometrist throughout the patient exam Maintain cleanliness of pre-test equipment and space
Minimal Qualifications :
Computer skills High school diploma Seeking candidates interested in long-term employment. Full time position. Experience in optometry, ophthalmology or retail optical environment preferred but will train the candidate with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
