Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our Emerald Pediatrics family. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position requires a strong interest in pediatrics, understanding of medical assisting, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient care. Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures Vaccines, breathing treatments, lab specimens, etc. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care services. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and basic life support techniques. Experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency in taking vital signs. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
