Job Description

About the Role Complete Healthcare is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support both the clinical and administrative needs of our medical office. You'll work closely with physicians, staff, and patients to provide high-quality, compassionate care while helping keep the office running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner. Record patient medical histories and vital signs. Prepare exam rooms by stocking supplies and organizing equipment. Help maintain clean, safe waiting and examination areas. Answer phones and assist with patient communication. File, scan, and organize medical records and other documents. Schedule appointments and verify insurance information. Accurately update electronic health records (EHR). Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations. Collaborate with providers and coworkers to deliver excellent patient care. Qualifications Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred. Ability to take and document vital signs and patient histories. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
